Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 April 2026

These Terms govern your use of Push Tools ("Push Tools", "we", "us") and the tools made available on the site. By using Push Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the tools

Push Tools provides free utilities for personal and business use. You can use them without creating an account. You're responsible for the input you submit and for how you use the output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Push Tools for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent any limits, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Use the tools to generate spam, malware, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Submit content or data you don't have the right to submit, including confidential or sensitive personal data belonging to others.
  • Resell, rebrand, or pass off Push Tools tools as your own product.

We may throttle, block, or remove access without notice where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Availability

The tools are provided "as is". We may change, add, remove, or temporarily suspend any tool at any time. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that results will be fit for any particular purpose — always verify important output before relying on it.

Paid tools

Most tools on Push Tools are free. If a tool includes a paid tier, the specific commercial terms for that tool will be shown before you pay and will apply in addition to these Terms.

Intellectual property

Push Tools, including its design, content, and underlying code, is owned by Push Tools and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to any input you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that input solely to provide the tool's output to you.

Third-party services

Some tools may rely on third-party APIs or services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to any data processed by them. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Push Tools is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Push Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Push Tools against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Push Tools.
